U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
CRM Enterprise Self-service Platform
Led the design and development of a complete multi-tier enterprise self-service platform which includes
a web portal for benefits management, a turbotax-like platform for electronic form submission, and a complete
system integration platform consisting of over 200 integrations with about 40 partner systems.
Under our leadership, the project grew to a team of over 100 people. We are proud to have played a major part in every
management and technical decision made on a such a successful program.
CareCloud
Medical Practice Management and Revenue Cycle Management
Led the delivery of a complete enterprise software platform.
Vetted and chose the technologies, hired and structured the technical teams, and created the platform
architecture and system design.
Features include fully-scalable SOA-based PAAS, integrated document management and retrieval system (Alfresco),
integrated workflow engine (Intalio), LDAP/SSO security layer, enterprise portal, and enterprise reports engine.
The result is a revolutionary, multiple award-winning medical practice management solution. Awards include
IBM SmartCamp Silicon Valley 2010 (1st place), Winner of The Beacon Award in Information Technology category,
Red Herring Top 100 Tech Startup, among others.
Interval International
Legacy System Conversion and Integration
Consulted on defining processes and program structure to enable a 3-year, $38M re-architecture of
in-house systems from AS/400 to SOA-based JEE applications. Led architecture, design, and project management
discussions to guide the client toward an overall system design and phasing approach that would enable their
short- and long-term goals.
